Is it true that all IPs run at 8 lbs above atmosphere? I’m an avid pressure cooker and looked into IPs once but at 7000ft I need all 15 lbs of a stove top cooker. Can IP recipes be adapted for 15 lbs to use in a Duromatic (for example)?
