A Review of Food Inc.

We Recently watched Food Inc.  If you have not seen it, you should.  It will radically change the way you understand the food you eat, from restaurants to grocery stores!  It looks at how our food it produced, from beef, chicken and pork, to the massive amounts of corn and soy products that dominate the center section of the grocery store.  It also looks at the public policies that have shaped and protected the food industry and the huge corporate interests that have shaped those policies.  It is a very graphic movie in parts and very disturbing on the whole.  I am so glad they made it.  We need to have this discussion about the long term impact of our behavior on our health and the health of our environment.  I hope you will watch and join the conversation!
