Garlic is often touted as a superfood, with health benefits ranging from clearing up acne and lowering blood pressure to slowing cancer growth and curing the common cold.

It’s said to be:

  • antiviral

  • antimicrobial

Most of us don’t want to be eating a clove of garlic a day, and while there are supplements available, it’s important to choose only high-quality supplements made from natural, living cloves of garlic, which comes at a price.

What’s your favorite fresh garlic recipe? Do you look for ways to incorporate this super food into your diet?
