2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt

1 12 pounds wild cod fillets cut into chunks
Stew:
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 onions chopped
3 large bell peppers chopped
1 (16 ounce) can diced tomatoes drained
1 (16 ounce) can coconut milk*
1 bunch fresh cilantro chopped (optional)
3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
For Serving:
3 cups cooked brown rice
sprinkled paprika
crushed red pepper (optional)
