1 | batch Tangy Muscovado BBQ Sauce (see below) | |

1⁄2 | cup | apple cider vinegar |
2 | Tbs | yellow mustard |
1⁄2 | cup | ketchup |
1⁄4 | tsp | cayenne pepper plus more to taste |

1⁄2 | tsp | freshly ground black pepper |
1⁄2 | cup | muscovado sugar or dark brown sugar |
