3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
14 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon salt plus a little more for the onions
3 pounds bone-in chicken
2 large bunches green onions or knob onions
little olive oil for brushing the onions
Grilled tomatillo salsa for serving
