1⁄2 | cup | onion sliced thin |
1 | Tbsp | sunflower oil OR 1/4 cup broth |
ground cumin | ||

Salt and pepper to taste | ||
2 | cups | black beans cooked/canned |

1 day before: Cook black beans from dried if desired. Pre-cut veggies and fruit if needed.
