1 shallot finely minced
1 clove garlic minced, or a bit of garlic powder
12 tsp. Kosher salt
14 tsp. black pepper
1 cup gluten-free bread crumbs
For the toppings
4 gluten-free buns
2 Roma or other burger-topping tomatoes
Lettuce (for burgers)
Slice red onion optional
Mustard/mayo/ketchup optional
Bag potato chips For the crunch
