3-4 tsp chili powder
1 tablespoon snipped fresh oregano or 1 tsp dried oregano
1 tablespoon dijon style mustard
4 tsp ground cumin
1 12 tsp pepper
several dashes bottled hot pepper sauce optional
1 15 oz can lower-sodium pinto beans rinsed and drained
1 15 oz can white kidney beans rinsed and drained
1 15 oz can lower-sodium red kidney beans rinsed and drained
1 12 cups frozen whole kernel corn or fresh
1 12 cups chopped zucchini (optional) or yellow summer squash
34 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey jack cheese
okra optional
