2 | stalks | green onion or a shallot or a little red onion |

3⁄4 | cup | chopped red grapes Replace with apples if unavailable. |

1⁄3 | cup | dried cranberries |
1⁄3-1⁄2 | cup | vegan mayonnaise such as Sir Kensington's Fabanaise, or homemade |
1-2 | tsp | dijon mustard |
