2 stalks green onion or a shallot or a little red onion
2 stalks celery
34 cup chopped red grapes Replace with apples if unavailable.
12 cup toasted pecans (see notes)
13 cup dried cranberries
13-12 cup vegan mayonnaise such as Sir Kensington's Fabanaise, or homemade
1-2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp yellow mustard
14 tsp salt
18 tsp dried dill (or fresh, to taste)
18 tsp pepper
Kale Greens optional
