2 Tbsp shelled hemp seeds/chia seeds/flaxseed
1 scoop plant protein powder (optional)
1 cup frozen fruit or fresh
Toppings when reheating:
frozen or fresh berries seeds, diced dates, honey, stevia and/or nuts.
