Delicious! Made as written, except used Basmati as that is what I had on hand.

This was delicious, as written, but I also used basmati rice b/c that's what I had. We all ate it and really enjoyed it. Going into the regular rotation!

I subbed ground coriander for the cilantro, as we are not fans. And added 1 cup chicken broth and 1/2 cup water, for the 1 1/2 cups water in recipe.

Good but not great. We thought the rice was too al dentè. Next time use 2:1 liquid to rice. Used 1 cup of peas. Did follow the suggestion about reducing the vinegar. I used 1-1/2 T. Next time I would use chicken broth, a bit more salt and more garlic. Will definitely try again.

It was ok but was definitely disappointed. The chimichurri was too vinegary. I used chicken broth instead of water and was glad I did. Lacks a bit of flavor overall.

I followed the recipe exactly except upping the water to 2 cups as we like soft rice. I would swap the water for chicken broth and add the peas with the chimichurri next time. The peas were definitely overcooked and I prefer mine on the underdone side
