Tempeh or Tofu Crockpot Chili

1 8oz pkg organic tempeh or firm tofu diced
1 large onion diced
1 green bell pepper diced
1 large carrot diced
1 cup mushrooms chopped
1 15oz can pinto beans drained
1 15oz can diced tomatoes
3 tbsp tomato paste
1 15oz can black beans drained
1 12 cups Veggie broth
12 lemon Juice of
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp coco oil
2 tsp Tamari or soy sauce
2 tsp Molasses
3 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp dried oregano chopped (or 1/2 teaspoon dried)
1 12 tsp salt
Handful fresh cilantro chopped (about a cup, lightly packed)
