2 green onions thinly sliced
14 cup (60 mL) dried cranberries or goji berries
14 cup (60 mL) walnut pieces
14 cup (60 mL) sliced almonds
1 Organic granny smith apple grated
14 cup (60 mL) sunflower seeds
2 Tbsp organic plain yogurt
2 Tbsp maple syrup or raw honey
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice or raw apple cider vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
