  • 2 medium onions finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 T curry powder
  • 1 t tumeric
  • 1 t whole cumin seed
  • 1 c chopped tomatoes
  • 1 medium head cabbage chopped
  • 3 medium carrots diced
  • 4-5 small potatoes cut into cubes
  • 3 c green beans
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 8 hard-boiled eggs peeled and halved
