- 3 T oil or ghee
- 2 medium onions finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 T curry powder
- 1 t tumeric
- 1 t whole cumin seed
- 1 c chopped tomatoes
- 1 medium head cabbage chopped
- 3 medium carrots diced
- 4-5 small potatoes cut into cubes
- 3 c green beans
- 1 t salt
- 1 T lemon juice
- 8 hard-boiled eggs peeled and halved
