12 c Peanut Butter (or any nut butter i.e. almond, pecan, cashew, etc.)
1.5 c Oats {or quinoa flakes or ground buckwheat)
12 c Shredded Coconut
12 c Raisins (or goji berries, date chunks, cranberries, craisins, dried cherries/mangoes/apricots/etc. Any dried
12 c Chocolate Chips & Cacao nibs mixed
4 scoops Vegan Protein Powder Vega, Sunwarrior or Boku
2 Tbsp Flax Seeds
2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1.5 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

Have you ever figured out the calories for these? With the ingredients I used, the entire pan came out to 4153 calories so I had to cut them into tiny squares.
