Program Updates

The development team is working hard to make updates, squash bugs, and add new features to both the desktop and mobile app versions of Plan to Eat!

App:

This month, we released version 3.6.4-3.6.5:

  • We added our Referral Program to the account page so you can Give 20% Off and Earn 20% Forever.
  • We added support for opening a recipe in the app from a deeplink.
  • We enabled the Friend Recipe save/unsave heart icon while searching.
  • We fixed a bug that was breaking navigation to a Saturday from the Planner dropdown calendar.
  • We fixed a bug that was blocking access to recipe details on friends’ menus.
  • We fixed a bug that was breaking the recipe clipper browser extension on iOS 26

Desktop:

  • We added a new search feature to easily highlight recipes in the planner. Additionally, you can search your entire history of planned events and select specific recipes to view all previously planned dates and see a snippet of the full day of recipes for selected dates.

Highlighted Reviews

“This app has been a game-changer for me. It makes it SO much easier to get dinner on the table every night! I can add any recipe I want from anywhere and then edit it if I want to make changes. The app allows me to easily double, half, or make even 1.5 times a recipe if I need to. I love the shopping list feature. It adds all the ingredients together for all the meals I’ve planned out and puts it on the list. And I can move items under specific stores if I need to. Love it!”

“Amazing app. So glad I finally have a spot for all my recipes. Easily entered old recipes off tattered cards, cut and paste from Word documents, collected all my favourites from Pinterest and now clipping and saving from the Web. Meal planning is a snap!”
