This week, we hit an incredible milestone – the 100th episode of the Plan to Eat Podcast! With less than 5% of all podcasts reaching 100 episodes, we’re taking a moment to celebrate this achievement and reflect on our journey so far. Let’s look back on the past 100 episodes and give you a sneak peek at what we have in store for 2025.

Recapping 100 Episodes

Our very first episode launched on October 20th, 2021, with a mission to educate and inspire meal planners through insightful conversations and interviews. Hosted by our very own meal planning experts, Riley and Roni, the podcast has grown into a platform where industry experts – from recipe authors and dietitians to budgeting pros and loyal Plan to Eat customers – share their wisdom.

In our 100th episode, Roni and Riley revisit some of the show’s most memorable and impactful conversations. Here are a few highlights:

Whether you’ve tuned in for one episode or all one hundred, we’re incredibly grateful for your support. Your enthusiasm has given us so much motivation to keep making episodes, and we can’t thank you enough for joining us on this journey.

What’s To Come in 2025

As we continue the podcast in 2025, we’re excited to announce that Riley will be back for all bi-weekly episodes! We’re kicking off the new year with a book club series, where we’ll be reading Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat by Samin Nosrat. In each episode, we’ll break down a section of this best-selling book while sharing our personal insights and key takeaways. Grab your copy now so you can read along and elevate your home cooking skills!

And that’s not all – each episode will wrap up with answers to your Dinner Dilemma questions. You asked, and we listened: we received a flood of messages about your meal planning and home cooking challenges, and we’re dedicating time every episode to help you with actionable advice.

Thank you for being part of our community and for making these 100 episodes possible. Here’s to many more thoughtful conversations, shared recipes, and meal-planning tips to come!

Happy listening,
Roni and Riley
