"Meal Planning Is Great For Health"

What Fellow Meal Planners Are Saying

“I have changed my family's diet from the standard American diet to a plant-based diet, and the meal planning has been the most discouraging part because I have been buying too much of some things and not enough of another because I don't have the time to plan well. It is so time consuming to figure out how much of what I need from all of these new recipes combined. Today I thought, "I really wish there was an app or a website that would let you put in recipes, drag and drop them into a calendar, and then give you a combined shopping list." I almost fell out of my chair when I found you!!! Wow!! I am so excited because now I know I will succeed at feeding my family well without having to trade off spending precious time with them. Thank you!! I'm your newest customer and fan! I will be telling everyone about your website!”

“One of the best ways to ensure you are eating healthy is to plan your meal in advance, so that you aren’t scrambling for last-minute choices. I’ve tested quite a few meal planning services and can honestly tell you that Plan to Eat is one of, if not THE BEST service available for organizing your recipes, planning meals in advance, and creating grocery lists. Each aspect of Plan to Eat is user-friendly, efficient, and purposeful.”

“I just had to write and let you know that your website is absolutely amazing. I work a very demanding job, usually 50-60 hours a week (plus commute) and I've been very overwhelmed to try to add cooking healthy meals to my already overloaded schedule. Your website has given me so much more confidence that I can meal plan, shop, prep and cook AND still have some free time (for house cleaning, ha).”

“Your site is AMAZING!!!! I am new to cooking (my husband did the cooking for the first 17 years of our marriage) and looking for ways to eat healthier without killing our budget. THANK YOU for creating such a helpful and easy to use site.”

“(My) username is MrsHealthy but not because I am married but because I made a vow to myself to stop having an excuse for missing meals and making up for them with a 3am snack bought at the last minute or eating out everyday because I do not have a grocery list or a recipe book. I needed a plan. I had a plan for my daily task but I needed one for fitness and healthy eating. I saw other similar sites but none with the simple use features and none that were attractive in sight.”
