12 cup finely ground almonds or walnuts or sunflower seeds (can be a combination)
1 chia egg (1 tbsp ground chia mixed with 3 tbsp water)
3 cloves of minced garlic
14 cup chopped red onion
12 cup almond flour
1 tbsp cumin
1 tsp sea salt
12 tsp cayenne pepper
chipotle powder
