Spaghetti Squash with Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
Directions
Mix peanut butter, garlic chili sauce and soy sauce together.
Cut Squash in half and place face down on a plate
Cook squash in microwave for 15-20 minutes or till soft
Scrap out squash and toss with sauce
I sprinkled mine with edamame to add a little more protein (not included in nutrition info)
