1 tbs tamari sauce
2 tsp potato starch or corn starch for thickening
CAULIFLOWER "FRIED RICE"
1 medium head of cauliflower
1 large egg
2 tbs olive oil
12 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
12 cup diced carrots (fresh or frozen)
12 cup frozen peas
2 tbs tamari sauce
12 tsp sesame oil
fresh cracked black pepper to taste
2 green onions, diced
sea salt to taste (optional)
