1 tsp baking powder

250 g skim milk
25 g walnuts chopped
25 g almonds chopped
100 g cranberry sauce optional

Came out kind of small. Maybe bump up the pea protein powder and reduce to just 12 muffins? Perhaps a variation with dates and grated carrots.
