1 12 cups Medjool dates
3 tablespoons raw cacao powder
2 heaping tablespoons almond butter
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract

You can swap out the almonds or mix and match with your fav nuts. Also you can boost the protein and Omega 3's by adding a couple tablespoons of Hemp Seeds. I also love to add a tsp of medicinal mushroom powder to many of my baking recipes so this would also be an option here too.
