Sage + Apple Turkey Burger

In a large bowl, mix the first 7 ingredients (ground turkey through parsley).
Form ground turkey into 4 to 6 round patties or flatten and spread the ground turkey in your Shape + Store Burger Master.
Heat grill to medium heat and place turkey burgers on the grill. Best to cook slower on medium heat (not high) as they will burn and remain raw inside.
Cook for 5 minutes on each side, until meat is no longer pink in the centre.
In a medium bowl, mix the next five ingredients for the coconut cream sauce and season with sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
Layer a lettuce leaf, turkey burger, a spoonful of coconut cream sauce and a lettuce leaf for each serving. You can also top with crunchy apples.
