1 flax egg (1 Tbsp. flax meal to 3 Tbsp. water)
1 cup coconut buttermilk (add 1/2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar to milk and stir let sit for 10 minutes)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 12 cups brown rice flour
12 cup cacao powder (or cocoa)
14 cup toasted carob powder (or more cocoa)
14 tsp. baking soda
12 tsp. baking powder
1 dash sea salt
2 pears (if pears are not your thing use apples or skip the fruit all together)
