Directions
Chop onion in food processor.
Saute onion in half of the olive oil over medium heat until softened.
Add garlic clove and dried herbs. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Not long enough for garlic to turn brown, but long enough for garlic to become fragrant.
Add garlic onion mixture to food processor with the rest of the ingredients.
Enjoy! Hummus is great with fresh veggies or crackers or as a sandwich spread.
