4 | cups | old-fashioned rolled oats (use certified gluten-free oats) |
1.5 | cup | raw nuts and/or seeds (pecans, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds) |
1 | tsp | fine-grain sea salt |
1 | tsp | ground cinnamon |
1⁄2 | cup | melted coconut oil |
1⁄2 | cup | 100% pure maple syrup |
1 | tsp | vanilla extract |
2⁄3 | cup | dried fruit (I use organic Patience Fruit & Co) |
