Ingredients

onion
peeled and chopped

red pepper
deseeded and chopped

garlic cloves
crushed

1 26 oz can
tomatoes

2 15 oz cans
Kidney beans

1 15 oz can
black beans

1⁄2 cup
frozen corn kernels

1 bunch
dark greens (kale)
optional

mild paprika

Chili Powder

cumin

2 tsp
basil

cinnamon stick

salt and pepper
to taste
Directions
Heat oil in large saucepan and saute the onion and peppers for 10 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add corn and greens. Then add tomatoes.
Add all spices
Cook for at least an hour to let every mix.
