14 tsp molasses
2 whole carrots peeled and diced
1 whole rutabega peeled and diced
1 Tbsp flat-leaf parsley (optional)
COLCANNON
2 12 pounds russet potatoes peeled and chunked
8 Tbsp. butter plus more for serving
14 medium head green cabbage cored and thinly shredded
1 cup whole milk
13 cup heavy cream
Chives finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
