2 teaspoons Baking Powder

1 Tablespoon Applesauce
1 Can Cream Style Corn
1 Can (4.5 ozs) Green Chilies (chopped and drained - we used some that had been fire-roasted and I liked the extra smokey flavor)
12 Cup Daiya Vegan Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
1 teaspoon Chili Powder
1 teaspoon Cumin
1 Tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
Vegetable - Vegan Shortening to grease your skillet
