1 Can Garbanzo Beans (drained and rinsed)
1 Can Black Beans (drained and rinsed)
1 Can Kidney Beans (drained and rinsed)
1 Can Pinto Beans (drained and rinsed)
12 Cup Lentils (dry)
1 Can Corn (drained)
1 Green Pepper (diced - we found a pre-diced pack of mixed fresh bell peppers at Trader Joes so we had 4 different
1 Large Red Onion (diced)
2 Cloves Garlic (minced)
1 Can (28oz) Diced Tomatoes (Mexican Flavored)
2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
1 12 teaspoon Cumin
1 teaspoon Braggs
12 teaspoon Oregano
Dash Liquid Smoke
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Olive Oil
Some Daiya Vegan Cheddar Cheese to sprinkle over the top
