1 12 cups raw cashews soaked in water for 4+ hours (or in hot water for 1/2 hour)
1 12 cup water
14 cup nutritional yeast
2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 Tbsp onion (red, green or sweet) or 1 tsp onion powder
1 clove garlic chopped or 1 tsp garlic powder
1-1.5 tsp salt
1 tsp ground turmeric for colour
