  • 6 large handfuls Arugula
  • 2 handfuls radicchio
  • 12 cup dried cranberries
  • 12 cup walnuts toasted & chopped
  • 1 Granny Smith Apple peeled and chopped into large chunks
  • Sweet Orange Dressing:
  • 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 12 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Orange Zest
  • 1 juice from 1 orange
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 23 cup olive oil whisked in last and slowly to emulsify

I love that I can easily move a recipe to any day, just drag and drop. I also love the shopping list layout and really find the recipe key helpful. With PTE I have to do a little more work to create a meal plan but I am left knowing I'm going to cook something that I actually want. Most other sites that I have found give you a meal plan but don't allow you to edit it all. And if my week gets crazy I can move that Chicken Marsala to next Tuesday in one simple move.
