10 oz. dried spaghetti (or angel hair pasta)
1 pound extra large shrimp - peeled and deveined raw
2 Tbsp green onion, sliced
1 Tbsp olive oil
1.5 cups summer vegetables (zucchini, mushrooms, asparagus, etc.)
14 cup sun-dried tomatoes (drained and chopped)
2 cups assorted color grape tomatoes, quartered (or sub 3-4 large chopped tomatoes)
14 cup white wine
14 cup veggie or chicken broth
14 cup pitted kalamata olives, sliced
salt & pepper
12 cup crumbled feta or goat cheese
14 cup fresh basil, chopped
juice from 1 lemon (more or less per taste)
