12 cup white vinegar
14 cup canola oil
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon dried thyme
12 teaspoon ground cloves
12 teaspoon ground nutmeg
12 teaspoon ground allspice
8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
Optional Sides:
1 whole pineapple, sliced (or about 3 cups worth)
4 cups red bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, etc. - grilled, steamed or sautéed or preferred vegetables
