34 cup cane sugar (OR 1/4 cup sugar + 1/4 cup prune puree + 1/4 cup fig puree)
14 cup dried figs or diced fresh
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
12 teaspoon salt
1 egg, lightly beaten (or sub chia/flax eggs)
14 cup canola or olive oil
14 cup unsweet applesauce
14 cup milk (sub almond, flax or soy)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup shredded zucchini
12 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
2 Tbsp chopped walnuts + 2 Tbsp chopped pecans (optional)
