For Chili Sauce
14 cup Sour Cream
18 cup Mayo I used mayo made with olive oil
1 Tablespoon Thai Chili Oil
2 Tablespoons Thai Chili Paste
12 Tablespoon Fish Sauce
12 Tablespoon Hoisin Sauce
