Combine coconut oil, molasses and maple syrup in Pyrex measuring cup. Set on top of stove (to melt the coconut oil) while oven preheats to 350.
Combine almond flour, salt, soda and spices in food processor. Mix in the eggs and vanilla. Mix in the oil and sweeteners until well combined.
Bake at 350 until done, about 30 minutes.
