2 heads broccoli & stems chopped
1 head cauliflower chopped
2.5 cups shredded carrots
12 red or green onion chopped
12 cup sunflower seeds
12 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
DRESSING:
4-6 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar or lemon juice
4 tbsp hemp or olive oil
sea salt, pepper and/or dulse flakes to taste
12-1 tsp liquid Stevia {or small drizzle of maple syrup}
