Broccoli Soup (alkalising)

Serves

Ingredients

  • 12 Avocado
  • 6 -8 Broccoli
  • 13 Red Onion
  • 1 Celery Stick
  • 1 handful Spinach
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • Cumin (Optional)
  • 100 ml Veggie Broth (I added this)

Directions

Lightly steam the broccoli (5-6 minutes) and put with all ingredients in a blender. Add garlic, pepper, RealSalt to taste. The heat from the broccoli makes this a lovely, gently warmed soup great for winter.

Plan to Eat is an AMAZING online meal planning service that we have used for 2 years and just signed up for a 3rd. You can access your friends' recipes for more options.....and meal planning, with a complete shopping list, is a "drag, drop, print" process. This has literally saved me hundreds of dollars by avoiding restaurants and using all the groceries I purchase.

I want y'all to know that I LOVE the site!! I have been a notebook planner for ages, but it usually gets lost in the shuffle about halfway through the month, and shopping lists that way are a nightmare. This site makes it incredibly simple!

I absolutely love this meal planner! I love being able to print a menu for the week, with instructions on how to cook things, for the nights I will be home late. Thanks
