7 12 oz broccoli florets cut into bite-size pieces (≈3 cups)
12 red onion cut into wedges (≈ 1/2 cup)
1 12 oz baby spinach (≈2 cups)
5 radishes thinly sliced (≈ 1/4 cup)
FOR THE VINAIGRETTE
2 lemons halved
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
2 teaspoons coarse-grained mustard
sea salt
freshly ground black pepper
FOR SERVING
2 tablespoons toasted pine nuts
