For the Dressing:
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 drops doterra lemon (or 3tbsp lemon juice)
1 teaspoon honey or agave nectar
1 clove garlic minced
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh basil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
For the salad:
2 cups water
1 cup quinoa
12 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 small bunch asparagus about 15 spears, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 drop doterra lemon or 1tbsp lemon juice
1 cup frozen peas
1 avocado chopped
2 drops doterra basil oil (or 1/4c fresh basil)
