TOAST NUTS
Toast nuts in dry pan over law heat until fragrant; cool
MAKE SALAD
Place kale and basil in a large bowl. Stir onion, berries, salt, and pepper into rice; toss with kale mixture. Top with nuts. Serve with crackers.
