1. Add the coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat
2. Once the oil is hot, add broccoli, parsnip, and carrot. Stir fry until tender/crisp.
3. Add celery and mushrooms. Stir fry until tender.
4. Add turkey, garlic and ginger. Stir until turkey is warmed.
5. Add spinach. Stir until wilted.
