Apple Cinnamon Chia Pudding

Ingredients
Directions
1. Whisk together chia seeds, almond milk or water, applesauce, cinnamon and honey. Let sit at least 1 hour (or overnight).
2. When ready to serve, whisk again; adding more liquid for desired consistency (and protein; if using).
3. Top with fruit and nuts and serve.
