Directions
1. Add olive oil, chopped onion and garlic to pot on sear. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes or until onion is translucent.
2. Add ground turkey, fennel and sage.
3. Add chicken broth and water to the pot. Add crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper if desired. Stir in the coconut cream and mix in.
4. Add thinly sliced potatoes and kale to pot.
5. Set to pressure for cooking about 10 minutes on high.
Ladle soup into bowls and serve!
