2 cups arugula
1 head broccoli + stem chopped finely
1-2 sprigs basil chopped
1 carrot sliced
1 small beet peeled + chopped
TOPPINGS
2 tbsp 70% dark chocolate {or higher} finely chopped
1 pear sliced
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp hemp seeds
handful blueberries
BLUEBERRY DRESSING:
1 lemon juiced
14 cup blueberries
12 inch piece ginger peeled + chopped
2 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp raw honey
14 cup kombucha or water if you don't have
salt + pepper
14 cup olive oil
