My Peanut Butter Protein Bars

Ingredients
Directions
1. Use blender or food processor to grind old fashioned oats into flour
2. Combine oat flour and protein powder in large bowl
3. Add honey, almond milk, and peanut butter. Mix well until a sticky dough forms
4. Line 13x9 baking dish with wax paper. Spread dough evenly with hands or spatula
5. Place in freezer or refrigerator and allow to set to desired consistency (recommend at least 20-30 min)
6. Melt chocolate and coconut oil in microwave in 20 second intervals
7. Remove dough from fridge/freezer and spread chocolate evenly on top
8. Place in fridge to allow chocolate to harden
9. Cut into 16 pieces and enjoy!
