Preheat oven to 350F
Grease 8x8 inch baking pan
In a large bowl, mix the butter, sweetener, eggs, and vanila extract
Add the almond flour, cocoa powder, gelatin, baking powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.
Stir in the water.
Stir in the chocolate chips (if including)
Spread the batter in the baking pan.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes until edges are set bu the center still seems slightly wet.
Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan.
